1. Paddy Selection

We begin by sourcing premium paddy from trusted local farmers who follow sustainable farming practices. Our team inspects each batch of paddies to ensure it meets our strict quality standards, free from contaminants and impurities.

2- Cleaning & Pre-Processing

Once the paddy arrives at our mill, it undergoes a thorough cleaning process to remove dust, stones, and any foreign matter. We use advanced technology to ensure the grains are perfectly prepared for milling, with optimal moisture levels for efficient processing.

3. Hulling

In the hulling stage, the tough outer husk is removed from the paddy, leaving brown rice. This step is done with precision machinery to minimize grain breakage, ensuring that we get the maximum yield of high-quality rice.

Steaming & Parboiling

4. Polishing & Whitening

To produce the clean, white rice most consumers prefer, we carefully polish the rice to remove the bran layer. This gives the rice a smooth, bright appearance, enhances its texture, and extends its shelf life without compromising on taste.

5. Sorting & Grading

We then sort and grade the rice based on size, color, and quality. Using cutting-edge optical sorting technology, we ensure that only the finest grains make it into our final product, with any discolored or damaged grains removed.

6. Packaging

Once the rice is sorted and graded, it is packaged into high-quality, food-grade materials to maintain its freshness and protect it from environmental factors. We offer a range of customised packaging sizes—from small retail packs to bulk shipments—for both individual consumers and wholesale clients.

7. Storage & Distribution

After packaging, the rice is stored in clean, dry conditions to maintain quality and prevent spoilage. Our efficient logistics team ensures that orders are processed and shipped promptly, whether for local delivery or for export to international markets.

8. Delivery to Customers

We take great care in ensuring that our rice reaches customers in a timely manner. Whether it’s bulk shipments for wholesalers or packaged rice for individual consumers, our reliable delivery system ensures that our products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
